Details: Covers the type of determinism that arises from materialism and crosses over with
the biological approach - doesn't consider the other 'types' of determinism or any of 
the other perspectives.  Starts with around a demo based on Libet's readiness potential
experiments that requires a timer the students can see.  Should be self-explanatory. Looks
briefly at epiphenomenalism and the homunculus problem.
