Guidance: Paired role play (doctor-patient).  Patient believes she has been wrongly
diagnosed & wishes to be discharged from hospital.  Doctor believes patient is psychotic
& without insight, thinks releasing her would be a bad idea.  Give one of each
pair a role card with instructions to play role but don't let them see each others' cards.
Can be used to show the power of labelling, esp how the doctor's belief that the patient
is psychotic turns everything into a symptom.  If patient gets frustrated, can also be used to 
illustrate the self-confirming nature of psychiatric labels.
