Guidance: Students note down all they can rememebr about learning theory.  Have a group discussion/
round of Qs to get everything on the board.  They are then asked to apply the concepts to a case
example of a phobia (same example appears in another activity).  Apart from getting them to appreciate
that phobias involve more than just CC, I use this as an introduction to the perspectives applied
Qs on AQA-A paper 5.
